Event Planning

Promoting positive connections and lifting spirits by bringing events and experiences to you. As an inclusive organization, we are a launchpad for people with invisible disabilities, like autism spectrum, to explore a kinder world that welcomes them into community and workforce so everyone's performance can be optimized.

Doug Varsano's experience in the hospitality industry spans almost 30 years including a degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.  His leadership and his commitment to the community, offers a healthy and enduring passion for authentic hospitality and the spirit of giving back.  Doug also serves on the board of Pal Experiences, a non-profit organization that supports inclusivity and the concept that "everyone gets to go."

At home, Doug and his wife Nancy have blended their families in Phoenix with Nancy’s daughter, Olivia, Doug’s sons, Dean and Drew, and their spirited labradoodle, Ziggy.  Hailing from the NY/NJ area, the sounds of Bruce Springsteen, Frank Sinatra, and Neil Diamond are played as an anthem in their household while mottos like “Winners in this Family” and “Always Give Back, Never Give In” are invisibly worn on their sleeves.

Your courage and success in starting and leading your own business has been an inspiration. More importantly, you modeled the power of treating people well, cultivating relationships and conducting yourself with great character.  Thanks for preparing me to be a leader and a Dad.
