Jason Southard is a performing guitarist and vocalist who got his start at a very young age being influenced by his father’s musical abilities.  Growing up in the midwest he was playing in clubs before he could drive! Around the mid-nineties he moved to the Valley in Arizona and began playing with several bands.  He was invited to enter the World Wide Jimi Hendrix Guitar Competitions TWICE. The first time he made the finals in Seattle and won first place on his second attempt.  After graduating from the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA, and moving back to Arizona, he went on a 10-year run with a touring group.  Now, Jason performs live, teaches music and runs a private recording studio in the East Valley.  His music ranges multiple decades (primarily 60’s – 90’s) with an emphasis on classic rock n’ roll.
