Doug Varsano's experience in the hospitality industry spans almost 30 years including a degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. His leadership and his commitment to the community, offers a healthy and enduring passion for authentic hospitality and the spirit of giving back.

Doug and his wife Nancy and their kids Olivia, Dean and Drew, and their spirited labradoodle, Ziggy. Hailing from the NY/NJ area, the sounds of Bruce Springsteen and Frank Sinatra, are played as an anthem in their household and "Give Back Be Great" is the family motto.
